Upon admission, a personal plan of care will be developed by our interdisciplinary team. This plan of care will be monitored and revised as needed throughout your stay at Conroe Health Care Center.

Conroe Health Care Center takes a variety of different payment sources including but not limited to: Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Private Insurances, and Private Pay.
