Kye Stephenson is the Rehab Director at Conroe Health Care Center, where he leads our therapy team with warmth, dedication, and a passion for helping residents regain strength and independence. With over eight years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Kye is known for creating a supportive, family-like environment where residents feel encouraged and cared for every step of the way.
Before joining Conroe, Kye directed multidisciplinary therapy teams at EmpowerMe Wellness, where he oversaw daily operations, developed rehabilitation programs, and worked closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless, patient-centered care. His background also includes hands-on clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on skilled nursing, long-term care, and therapy services tailored to each resident’s goals.
Originally from Maryland, Kye brings with him a love for Baltimore sports, the beach, and good crab feasts. Now proud to call Texas home, he is excited to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
